Products purchased from Semicolon Marketing Management. may be refunded only if canceled within the following timelines:
- Annual Plans – Within 30 Days of the date of the transaction.
- Monthly Plans – Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.
- One-time Plan – Within 15 Days of the date of the transaction.
“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which included the date any renewal is processed by Semicolon Marketing Management. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.
You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund via email with Semicolon Marketing Management’s customer service within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all.
Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and is the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.
PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS
SEO – Search Engine Optimization Services
SEO Services is a 12-month commitment; in order to receive the best results, you are expected to stay at the agreed upon price for 12 months. If you purchase a monthly plan, you can cancel SEO Services at any time and Semicolon Marketing Management will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current or past months. If you purchase a semiannual or annual plan, you can cancel SEO services at any time and Semicolon Marketing Management will issue a prorated refund to your account as in-store credit for unused months.
SEM – Search Engine Marketing Services
Search Engine Marketing is a 12-month minimum service plan. You can cancel Search Engine Marketing at any time and request a refund within 48 hours of initial purchase or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months. You can cancel Search Engine Marketing at any time within the first 2 months of service starting from purchase date and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel Search Engine Marketing after the second month of service, you will be responsible for payment for the duration of the 12 month period. Any additional advertisement fees associated with these services that come up after the cancelation of services will be your responsibility to pay if full.
SMM- Social Media Management Services
Social Media Management is a 12-month minimum service plan. You can cancel Social Media Management at any time and request a refund within 48 hours of initial purchase or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months. You can cancel Social Media Management at any time within the first 2 months of service and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel Social Media Management after the second month of service, you will be responsible for payment for the duration of the 12 month period.
If a hosting service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).
Refunds are only available within 15 days of purchase and will only be issued in cases where a manual malware removal was not completed.

Store Credit Terms
In-Store credit can only be redeemed for purchased on semicolonagency.com. If you have store credit available, you will have the choice to use the in-store credit on the checkout page.
Prepaid Invoices In-Store Credit
Any prepaid invoices for booking a service are being treated as in-store credits until you avail your service which is being deducted from your in-store credit balance within 60 days of the date of the transaction. If you did not use your prepaid invoices in-store credit for 60 days, The credit will be expired without a notification from Semicolon Marketing Management side, and you will not be able to use it against any of our services or products or even to refund this credit.
How to get In-Store Credit
Store credit is provided by Semicolon Marketing Management customer service in lieu of cash refunds.
How to use Store Credit
Store credit can be used as cash to shop semicolonagency.com services. On the check out page, you can choose whether to use your available in-store credit in lieu of cash payment by entering your special coupon code that can be found on the “My Account” page. You can use in conjunction with our other special offers and discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.

Semicolon Marketing Management reserves the right to change this policy from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
